Refund & Retouch Policy – AfroNeat

1. Refund Policy

We want all our clients to leave our shop happy and confident.

• If you are not satisfied with your hairstyle, you may request a refund before leaving the shop.

• If you paid before the service, we will remove the braids and issue a full refund immediately — before you leave the salon.

• If you paid after the service, it means you approved the result. However, if you change your mind before leaving the shop, we can still remove the braids and refund you fully.

No refunds will be issued once you have left the shop.

2. Free Retouch – 24 Hours Policy

You are entitled to one free retouch within 24 hours of your appointment, in case of any discomfort or issues (tightness, slippage, etc.).

• To qualify, please contact us and return to the shop within 24 hours of your original appointment.

3. After 24 Hours

Any additional services or retouches requested after 24 hours will be charged according to our standard pricing.
